Live / Casino
999com is the platform we shaped specifically for Bangladesh — where sports betting on cricket sits next to live casino tables and slots, and where your bKash or Rocket wallet connects to your account without extra steps. We keep the path back to your balance short, because that is what matters when a match has already started.
The clearest way to explain what 999com is: a mobile-first account platform that puts sports at the front and keeps everything else within one tap. We did not build this around a desktop dashboard that was later squeezed onto a smaller screen.
Numbers only mean something when they describe a real structure. Here, the four figures below reflect the actual shape of 999com as it runs today — the game categories available in the lobby, the payment methods connected to the wallet, the account access routes you can use, and the support channels published on the site.

When something stops you mid-session — a deposit that has not reflected, a login flag, a question about your wallet — the right move is reaching us through one of the three routes below. We do not promise response windows we cannot keep, but we do publish these routes clearly on the site so you are never guessing where to go.
Open the chat widget from any page inside your account. It runs in the same window, so you do not lose your session or your place in the lobby while you wait for a reply. Available from the help icon in the navigation bar.
Send account queries, wallet verification questions, or documentation to the support email address shown on the Contact page. This route is suited to cases where you need to attach a screenshot or a transaction reference from your bKash or Rocket history.
The on-site form lets you describe the issue and attach a file without opening your email client. Find it under the Help section in the footer. Your submission goes directly to the account team and creates a reference you can quote in follow-up messages.
Trust on a betting platform comes from things you can check, not things you are told. We have structured 999com around four visible signals: a consistent account wallet that reflects your bKash or Rocket deposit without a page reload, a lobby that does not rearrange itself between visits, support routes that are published and reachable, and game content from studios — Spadegaming, PlayStar, Joker
Your account balance updates after a bKash, Rocket, or Upay deposit and holds the same figure whether you check it on your phone or switch to a desktop browser. No discrepancy between sessions, no hidden hold states for returning users.
The lobby does not reshuffle categories between visits. Sports sits where you left it, live casino tables are in the same column, and the slot rooms are one scroll below. Returning to a familiar layout means less time finding your spot and more time on the game.
Three contact routes — live chat, email, and the support form — are visible in the footer and inside your account. We do not obscure them behind a paywall or require you to be logged in before you can read how to reach us.
Every slot, table game, and live dealer title in our lobby comes from Spadegaming, PlayStar, Joker, Pragmatic Play, or Habanero. You can check the provider label on any game card before opening it. We do not mix unverified content into the catalogue.
A comparison only earns its place when it reflects actual decisions, not marketing positioning. These four points describe specific choices we made in how 999com is built — choices that affect your account directly. They are not claims about being the fastest or the largest; they are structural facts about how the platform handles your session, your wallet, and your access path.
The account home and lobby navigation were designed for a phone screen, then adapted upward to desktop — not the reverse. This means the bottom navigation bar, the wallet chip row, and the deposit form all behave correctly on a mobile browser without zooming or horizontal scrolling.
Live chat opens inside the same browser tab as your account. You do not get sent to a third-party page or asked to log in again. This keeps your session active and your balance visible while you are speaking with the support team.
bKash, Rocket, and Upay are the primary deposit methods in the wallet chip row — not secondary options buried in a settings menu. They appear on the deposit form by default for accounts registered in a supported Bangladesh region.
Your account state — open bets, wallet balance, session — carries across devices through the browser. Start a deposit on your phone via bKash, then check the result on a laptop without logging in again, as long as the session is still active.
Four elements define how 999com behaves as a brand — not in terms of visual identity, but in terms of what you experience when you open an account, fund your wallet, or return to the lobby after a break.
The sportsbook foregrounds cricket — IPL, BPL, and international fixtures — because that is the category most accounts on this platform engage with first. Other sports markets are available in the same section, but cricket occupies the top rail by default.
Every transaction — deposit via bKash or Rocket, winnings from Baccarat Golden, a settled football bet — passes through the same account wallet. You see one balance, one transaction history, one place to manage funds regardless of which game category you came from.
Slots and live dealer titles from Spadegaming, PlayStar, Joker, Pragmatic Play, and Habanero are accessible from the lobby without switching platforms. Where a game provider exposes RTP data on the game card, that figure is shown; where they do not, we do not invent one.
The live chat widget does not break your session. Open it, describe your issue — whether it is a Rocket deposit that has not reflected or a login question — and keep your account page open behind it. Your balance is still visible while the conversation is running.
These are the questions that come through support most consistently — about who runs 999com, how the account works, and what you can expect when you open or return to the platform. We have answered each one based on the actual structure of the site rather than a generic script.
999com is a mobile-first betting and casino platform built for Bangladesh. We run the platform directly — the lobby, the account wallet, and the support routes are all managed under the 999com brand. Game content is supplied by verified studios including Spadegaming, PlayStar, Joker, Pragmatic Play, and Habanero.
bKash, Rocket, and Upay are the three wallet methods connected to the deposit form as standard for accounts in supported Bangladesh regions. They appear in the chip row above the deposit fields. Bank Transfer is also listed as an option. Availability depends on your account region and local eligibility.
Yes. Your account state — balance, open bets, transaction history — is held server-side, not on your device. Open the site on your phone browser, then switch to a laptop and log in; the same wallet and session state will be there. No app download is needed for this to work.
Open live chat from the help icon in the navigation bar — it runs inside the same window as your account so your session stays active. If you need to send a transaction screenshot from your bKash or Rocket app, use the email route or the support form in the footer.
The lobby covers sports betting, live casino, slots, and table games. Cricket markets — IPL, BPL, international matches — are at the front of the sportsbook. Slots and live dealer tables come from Spadegaming, PlayStar, Joker, Pragmatic Play, and Habanero. You can browse the lobby without an account, but playing requires a verified login.
Access depends on your local law and the eligible regions covered by the platform at the time you open an account. We do not make legal certainty claims about any market. Check the eligibility terms shown on the registration page, and review your local rules before opening an account or placing any bet.
